Key Responsibilities:

✅ Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and other bidding platforms.

✅ Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals.

✅ Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.

✅ Coordinate with technical teams to gather project estimates and solutions.

✅ Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

✅ Build and maintain strong client relationships.

✅ Negotiate project terms, timelines, and pricing with clients.

✅ Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as an Online Bidder or Business Development Executive.
• Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, or similar platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of web development, digital marketing, or IT services is an advantage.
