Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Online Business Development Manager in the Healthcare Products division, based in Gurugram. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and managing client relationships, and creating impactful sales presentations. The Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, overseeing account management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and expand the business's market presence.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in New Business Development and Business Development to identify opportunities and foster growth.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Presentations for promoting products and closing deals effectively.
  • Experience in Account Management for maintaining and strengthening client relationships.
  • Strategic mindset and results-driven with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of healthcare products and services, preferably in diagnostics or HealthTech.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree or certifications in Business Development or Healthcare Management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting software is preferred.
