Job Title: Online Bidding Channel (Sales) Specialist

Location: Bangalore, India/ Remote/Hybrid

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities through various online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and others.
  • Create compelling proposals and bid for projects, ensuring alignment with the company's strengths and capabilities.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate project terms and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the bidding landscape.
  • Generate regular reports on bidding activities, success rates, and sales performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the bidding process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in online bidding and sales, preferably in the IT/BPO industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using online bidding platforms and CRM tools.
