Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities through various online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and others.
- Create compelling proposals and bid for projects, ensuring alignment with the company's strengths and capabilities.
- Maintain and develop relationships with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Negotiate project terms and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the bidding landscape.
- Generate regular reports on bidding activities, success rates, and sales performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the bidding process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in online bidding and sales, preferably in the IT/BPO industry.
