About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Online Bidder to join our growing IT and web development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with freelance platforms, lead generation, client communication, proposal writing, and converting opportunities into successful projects.

Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other freelance platforms.
Research client requirements and create customized, persuasive proposals.
Generate qualified leads and build a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into successful deals.
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
Stay updated on market trends, client needs, and opportunities within the IT and web development industry.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in online bidding, business development, lead generation, or a similar role.
Hands-on experience with platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, or similar marketplaces.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Good understanding of IT services, web development, software solutions, and digital services.
Strong proposal-writing, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Ability to understand client requirements and communicate effectively with technical teams.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach to work.
Comfortable working with US/international time zones.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
