Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Online Bidder role based in Noida. The Online Bidder will be responsible for identifying suitable projects on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and other B2B portals, preparing compelling proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate scoping and timely submissions. The role involves engaging with prospective clients through messages, calls, and emails to understand requirements, clarify project details, and build strong client relationships. The Online Bidder will track bid status, maintain a pipeline of opportunities, and collaborate with sales and delivery teams to meet revenue targets. In addition, the role may include preparing basic presentations, assisting in negotiations, and documenting bidding best practices for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and writing skills to prepare clear proposals, emails, and client responses.
  • Solid analytical skills and research abilities to evaluate project requirements, budgets, and client needs.
  • Capability to train and share knowledge with team members on bidding processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with online bidding platforms (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour) and B2B lead-generation tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Comfort working with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic presentation software.
  • Proactive, target-driven mindset with the ability to prioritize multiple bids and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in IT services or Salesforce ecosystem sales/bidding is an advantage.
