Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced Online Bidder to join our IT services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and responding to business opportunities through various online bidding platforms and RFP portals. This role requires a strong understanding of IT services, competitive pricing strategies, and bid management processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and identify relevant business opportunities across multiple online bidding platforms and procurement portals
  • Analyze RFPs, RFIs, and tender documents to assess project requirements and feasibility
  • Coordinate with technical teams to gather accurate information for bid responses
  • Prepare and submit competitive bid proposals within specified deadlines
  • Maintain detailed documentation of bid submissions and outcomes
  • Track and analyze win/loss ratios and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with solution architects to develop technical proposals
  • Ensure compliance with bidding guidelines and company policies
  • Maintain relationships with key vendor portal administrators
  • Research competitor pricing and market trends

Required Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in Online Bidding (Freelancer, Upwork, Guru etc.) within the IT services industry
  • Proven track record of successful bid submissions and wins
  • Strong understanding of IT services, solutions, and delivery models
  • Proficiency in using major online bidding platforms and procurement portals
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Technical Knowledge Required

  • Understanding of IT service delivery models )
  • Knowledge of common IT infrastructure and software development services
  • Familiarity with government and corporate procurement processes
  • Experience with e-procurement platforms and vendor management portals
  • Basic understanding of IT service pricing models and cost structures
