Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Online Bidder / Business Development Executive to manage bidding profiles on platforms such as Upwork, Guru, and PeoplePerHour (PPH).
This is a full-time on-site role, and candidates comfortable working in night shifts (PST timing) will be preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage Upwork, Guru, and PeoplePerHour bidding profiles
- Identify and apply for relevant projects daily
- Create professional proposals and client responses
- Generate leads for website, mobile app, AI, data analytics, and design projects
- Communicate with international clients professionally
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
- Maintain long-term client relationships
- Achieve monthly bidding and lead generation targets
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in online bidding or IT sales
- Strong experience with Upwork, Guru, PPH, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication and proposal writing skills
- Understanding of web development, mobile app development, UI/UX, AI, or digital services
- Ability to handle international clients and project discussions
- Comfortable working in night shifts (PST timing)
- Strong research, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Familiarity with AI tools, AI-assisted workflows, and prompt-based tools is a strong advantage
- Experience using ChatGPT or similar AI tools for proposal writing, research, client communication, or productivity improvement is preferred
