Job description:

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Upwork Bidding & Email Marketing Executive to join our growing team. If you have experience with Upwork proposals, lead generation, international sales, or email marketing and want to build a long-term career in business development, we'd love to hear from you.

Experience: 6 Months - 1 Year

WHAT YOU'LL DO

● Identify and bid on relevant Upwork projects across web development, WordPress, WooCommerce, UI/UX, MERN Stack, SEO, and digital marketing.

● Write personalized, high-converting proposals that win client interviews.

● Track proposal performance and continuously improve bidding strategies.

● Build targeted prospect lists and execute cold email outreach campaigns.

● Manage follow-ups, monitor campaign performance, and help generate qualified leads.

● Drive international sales through outbound prospecting and relationship building with overseas clients.

● Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and set up qualified sales meetings.

● Identify upselling opportunities within existing client accounts to grow account value.

● Recommend complementary services through cross-selling to maximize client lifetime value.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

● Excellent written English and communication skills.

● Basic understanding of Upwork Bidding, WordPress, SEO, Lead Generation and Email Marketing.

● Familiarity with tools like Apollo.io, Hunter.io, Instantly, Smartlead, or similar platforms.

● A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow.

● Prior experience in international sales and cold calling is a strong plus.

● Demonstrated ability to upsell and cross-sell services to existing or prospective clients.
