Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound inquiries from IndiaMART, website, WhatsApp, email, and social media channels.
• Qualify leads and understand customer requirements.
• Recommend suitable pump models based on application and customer needs.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective customers.
• Convert inquiries into orders through effective communication and relationship building.
• Maintain lead records and sales activities in CRM or internal systems.
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
• Follow up on pending quotations and dormant leads.
• Build relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, OEMs, and industrial customers.
• Assist customers with product information, pricing, availability, and technical documentation.
• Support participation in exhibitions, trade fairs, and business events when required.
• Achieve monthly inquiry conversion and sales targets.
Required Skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally over phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
• Comfortable handling multiple customer inquiries daily.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
• Positive attitude and result-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or B2B lead generation platforms.
• Experience in industrial products, pumps, motors, electrical products, machinery, or engineering sales.
• Knowledge of CRM software.
• Understanding of dealer and distributor networks.
