Online Account Manager

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru North for an Online Account Manager. The Online Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with key restaurant partners, optimizing online marketing efforts to increase sales, maintaining effective communication to resolve partner queries, and identifying growth opportunities for both the platform and the restaurants. Responsibilities also include monitoring partner performance, analyzing data to suggest improvements, and ensuring an exceptional partner experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the food delivery or F&B industry is a plus
