Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned OneTrust Consultant with 1015 years of overall experience and strong expertise in Consent & Preference Management, Cookie Consent, and Policy & Notice Management modules. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing and optimizing OneTrust solutions to support privacy, compliance, and user experience initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and configuration of OneTrust modules:
o Consent & Preference Management
- Cookie Consent
- Policy & Notice Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into OneTrust workflows and configurations.
- Customize templates and notices using FreeMarker scripting.
- Ensure compliance with global privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, etc.) through effective use of OneTrust tools.
- Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for improving privacy practices.
- Perform data mapping, policy automation, and consent tracking.
- Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on OneTrust usage and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OneTrust platform performance and configuration.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1015 years of overall experience in IT, with at least 35 years in OneTrust platform implementation.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
o Consent & Preference Management
- Cookie Consent
- Policy & Notice Management
- Working knowledge of FreeMarker scripting for customizing templates and notices.
- Experience with any programming language (preferably Java) for integration and automation tasks.
- Familiarity with SQL or other database technologies for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Nice to Have:
Certifications in OneTrust modules.
- Experience with other privacy management platforms.
- Understanding of privacy laws and frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, etc.).
- Exposure to cloud platforms and APIs for integration.
