We are seeking a OneStream Technical Lead to drive the design, implementation, and support of OneStream XF solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical expertise in OneStream development, integration, and automation, as well as experience leading financial consolidation, planning, and reporting projects .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of OneStream applications for financial consolidation, planning, forecasting, and reporting .
- Develop OneStream business rules, dashboards, cube views, and workflow automation .
- Implement OneStream XF Marketplace solutions as needed.
- Develop and optimize data integration with ERP (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.), Data Warehouses, and other financial systems.
- Manage connectors, data sources, and transformation rules for smooth data flow.
- Ensure data validation, reconciliations, and audit controls within OneStream.
- Troubleshoot technical and functional issues and resolve system performance bottlenecks.
- Guide and mentor junior developers and functional consultants .
- Work with project managers to ensure timely delivery and quality of solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation, best practices, and SOPs .
Preferred Qualifications
- OneStream Certification ( OCP or OCA ) is a plus.
- Prior experience in Hyperion ( HFM, Planning, Essbase ) or SAP BPC is beneficial.
- Exposure to cloud-based OneStream deployments.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to interact with business users, finance teams, and IT stakeholders.
- Ability to lead a technical team and work in an Agile environment.
- Strong documentation and training skills.
