OneStream Solution Architect

Role: EPM Lead OneStream Practice Lead

Location: Pune

Experience: 10+ Years in Onestream EPM as Techno-Functional Consultant with 2 years as a Lead /Solution Architect

Job Profile:

1. Pipeline Building Work closely with the Business Development team and OneStream's Singapore-based sales team to identify and develop new client opportunities.

2. Talent Acquisition & Development Recruit, onboard, and groom skilled OneStream / EPM professionals; build a high-performing practice team.

3. Delivery Excellence Own and oversee end-to-end delivery of OneStream implementation projects; ensure quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.

4. Practice Leadership Lead and grow Cogniviti Labs EPM practice, currently focused on OneStream, with a roadmap to expand into additional EPM solutions.

5. Thought Leadership Represent Cogniviti Labs in client interactions, partner events, and the broader OneStream ecosystem.

Candidate Profile:

• Education - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. MBA / CA / CPA / CMA is an added advantage.
• Experience: Minimum 812 years of overall experience in EPM / Finance technology, with at least 5+ years of hands-on OneStream implementation experience. Prior experience in a practice leadership or delivery management role preferred.

Must have

OneStream Certified Solution Architect (mandatory / strongly preferred)

Deep hands-on expertise in OneStream XF consolidation, planning, reporting, cube views, business rules, and data integration.

Proven track record of delivering full-cycle OneStream implementations independently.

Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.

Experience working with or for an EPM consulting firm or systems integrator.

Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales / BD teams to support pre-sales and solutioning.

Willingness to be based out of Pune with occasional travel to Singapore and client sites.

• Work Location - Primarily Pune, India. Travel to Singapore and client locations as required.
