Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled OneStream Developer with hands-on experience in developing, configuring, and supporting OneStream Financial Applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in OneStream application development, Business Rules (VB.NET), financial consolidations, integrations, reporting, and workflow automation. The role involves working closely with Finance and IT teams to build scalable Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions supporting financial close, planning, consolidation, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain OneStream application components including Cubes, Dimensions, Entities, Metadata, and Data Sources.
- Develop and enhance OneStream Business Rules using VB.NET for financial calculations, consolidations, currency translation, validations, and confirmation rules.
- Configure and manage Data Management sequences, transformation rules, and source system integrations.
- Develop Cube Views, Dashboards, and financial reports.
- Configure Workflow Profiles, Workflow Steps, ACM mappings, and Workflow Event Handlers.
- Automate financial processes using scheduled Data Management jobs.
- Develop SQL-based validation reports and dashboards.
- Implement and support OneStream Marketplace solutions.
- Support application upgrades, migrations, and enhancement projects.
- Configure application security, user roles, workflow security, and access controls.
- Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities.
- Prepare technical documentation and follow change management and governance processes.

- Experience in Financial Consolidation, Planning, Budgeting, and Reporting.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
