Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement OneStream solutions for Financial Close & Consolidation and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Configure metadata, dimensions, cube views, dashboards, forms, and workflows
Build and optimize business rules using VB.NET, including consolidation logic, intercompany eliminations, and ownership hierarchies
Design and maintain multi-entity, multi-currency financial models
Integrate OneStream with enterprise systems via REST APIs, SQL-based integrations, and file-based data pipelines
Develop Smart View reports and executive reporting dashboards
Support system testing, UAT, deployment cycles, and post-production enhancements

What We Are Looking For

3 to 6 years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platforms
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with OneStream XF
Proven expertise in Design Studio, Metadata Builder, Cube Views, Workflows, and FX Rate Management
Strong finance domain knowledge — financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and entity/group-level planning
Experience with other EPM tools such as Hyperion, FCCS, or Anaplan is an added advantage
