We are hiring an experienced OneStream Technical Architect to lead complex Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) implementations for global clients. If you have deep hands-on expertise in the OneStream XF platform, a strong command of financial consolidation concepts, and a track record of delivering scalable solutions we want to hear from you.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Architect and deliver end-to-end OneStream XF solutions covering Financial Consolidation, Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting
- Design and develop Business Rules using VB.NET / C# including Calculation, Finance, Consolidation, and Data Management Rules
- Configure Cube Views, Dashboards, Workflows, and MarketPlace solutions aligned to client requirements
- Build data integration pipelines between OneStream and ERP systems including SAP, Oracle EBS, and Workday
- Define technical standards, conduct peer code reviews, and ensure delivery quality across the team
- Lead solution design workshops and present architectural decisions directly to client stakeholders
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across the project lifecycle
- Support pre-sales activities including RFP responses, effort estimation, and solution demonstrations
TECHNICAL SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- OneStream XF platform Business Rules, Metadata Design, Security Model, Cube Views, Workflows
- Programming: VB.NET or C# for custom rule development and Extensibility Framework
- Data Management: connector configuration, data load rules, workflow orchestration, error handling
- Financial concepts: intercompany eliminations, currency translation (CTA), equity pickup, minority interest
- ERP integration: SAP, Oracle EBS, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar source systems
- Database: SQL Server or Oracle strong SQL proficiency required
- Cloud: OneStream deployment on Azure, AWS, or OCI is an advantage
- Certifications: OneStream XF Certified Professional preferred
