Only development experience in OIM will be considered.

Support-only profiles will be rejected.

Experience- 7+yrs

• 5 years + of recent major/customization development work in One Identity Manager focus on development and NOT support experience
• 5 years + SQL & relational databases
• 5 years + VB.NET & PowerShell scripting
• Well versed with IAM concepts (JML, PAM, RBAC, Recertification etc).
• One Identity Manager, Development Experience Only

Primary Responsibilities :

The job holder is responsible for providing lead analysis, development and support primarily around the IDM platform- One Identity Manager (OIM),

with potential to work on other systems.

Dealing with day-to-day production problems & maintenance, providing L3 support as required.

Managing and delivering a pipeline of small change work items through all stages of the IT lifecycle

Requirements Capture and documenting

Development to standards

Testing including regression testing

Packaging and deploying

Mentoring FD L2 support resources and providing handover for changes.

Analysis of the business data and process requirements to support IDM - One Identity Manager (OIM) platform processing, including data

requirements / dependencies.

Undertaking IDM - One Identity Manager (OIM) platform design & development change activities.

Advising on implementation approach for IDM - platform related projects.

Conduct IDM platform systems testing and sup One Identity Manager (OIM) port user acceptance testing

Putting together release plan & promoting changes to One Identity Manager (OIM) platform controlled environments (UAT, PROD).

This role may require working shift hours such as earlier starts and being on-call out of normal working hours, including weekends.

Person Specification

Experience -Essential

Proven track record of One Identity Manager (OIM) business, systems analysis and implementation work.

Working with and managing expectations of users, senior management and stake holders across multiple disciplines.

Ability to handle multiple work streams and assignments simultaneously re prioritizing as required.

Experience of dealing with third party in-house / vendor interfaces and defining new interfaces and reports One Identity Manager (OIM) platform.

Experience of coordinating and supporting UAT testing.

Proven investigative and diagnostic skills on the One Identity Manager (OIM) platform support environment.

Experience -Desirable

L3 support coordination in a complex IDM environment.

Experienced with working with a complex middleware solution and team for joint issue diagnostics and resolution.

Investment banking experience.

Technical Knowledge/Skills

Essential

In depth knowledge of One Identity Manager (OIM) of Quest including normal functions and exception processing.

Proven track record of coordinating application testing.

Good knowledge of Jira, Confluence and service-desk for both issue tracking and requirements maintenance.

Experience analyzing defect cause and effect and detailing and documenting the solution.

Strong knowledge of various operating systems and Active Directory Architecture

Databases: MS-SQL Server, Oracle

Experience of SQL, VB.Net

Desirable

Use of Ikasan integration platform for exception handling and investigation (as part of support diagnosis).

Experience of software configuration management

Webservices.

Understanding of LDAP.

Microsoft application development

Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle.

Experience of C#, HTML, C++, Powershell and Angular.

Qualifications:

Degree preferably in computing or mathematics/science/engineering.
