Job Description

 Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for IAM/PAM solutions using the One Identity suite.
  • Solution Design & Architecture: Design comprehensive and scalable One Identity solutions, including identity lifecycle management, access governance (IGA), privileged access management (PAM), workflow automation, and reporting, in alignment with client needs and best practices.
  • Configuration & Customization: Implement, configure, and customize One Identity products (e.g., One Identity Manager, Safeguard, Active Roles) using their native tools and scripting capabilities (e.g., PowerShell, VB.NET, SQL).
  • Integration: Develop and implement connectors and integrations between One Identity solutions and various target systems (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, HR systems, cloud applications, databases, other enterprise applications) to automate provisioning, de-provisioning, and access governance.
  • Development: Create custom workflows, reports, web forms, and other components within the One Identity framework to extend functionality and meet specific client requirements.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive unit, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the implemented solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements and perform optimally.
  • Deployment & Go-Live Support: Plan and execute solution deployments, including environment setup, data migration, and cutover activities. Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Create detailed technical design documents, implementation guides, test plans, and as-built documentation. Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for client teams and operational staff.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to One Identity implementations, performance, and integrations.
  • Consultation & Best Practices: Provide expert guidance on One Identity features, capabilities, and industry best practices for IAM/PAM, including compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX) and security frameworks.
