Responsibilities

• Design and implement IAM solutions using One Identity products in alignment with industry standards and best practices
• Customize One Identity Manager components, workflows, and data models based on business requirements
• Build and maintain connectors to integrate target systems and applications
• Work with exposed One Identity APIs to extend system functionality
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into detailed IAM solution designs
• Provide end-to-end implementation support, including configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment
• Engage directly with clients for requirement clarification, solution walkthroughs, and technical discussions
• Ensure secure, scalable, and efficient IAM architecture across enterprise environments
• Provide technical support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of implemented IAM solutions
