Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Oncology Sales Executive, based in Ahmedabad. The responsibilities include driving the sales process by identifying and engaging with potential clients, promoting specialized oncology diagnostics services, and meeting quarterly and annual sales targets. The candidate will build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, collaborate with internal teams for client-focused solutions, and keep track of market trends and competitor activities. Regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers are integral to the role, along with preparing reports and sales forecasts. Fresher or experience upto 2 years in Diagnostics or Oncology can apply

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Proven experience in healthcare sales, particularly in oncology-focused products or services.
  • Knowledge of diagnostic technologies, clinical laboratories, and oncology diagnostics is highly preferred.
  • Effective in prospecting, negotiation, and closing sales deals.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
  • Business acumen with the ability to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Graduate degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related discipline; MBA is an added advantage.
