Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad for an Oncology Sales Executive. The role involves meeting healthcare professionals to promote and sell diagnostic services in oncology, understanding client needs, building and maintaining relationships, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will also be responsible for increasing market share in the oncology domain and regularly updating reporting systems with sales activity and progress. Collaboration with internal teams and staying updated on the latest industry trends is also essential.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales and business development skills, specifically in the healthcare or diagnostics industry
  • Strong knowledge of oncology products and services or willingness to develop a thorough understanding
  • Effective communication, presentation, and customer service skills
  • Capability to analyze market opportunities, identify growth areas, and develop action plans
  • Proficiency in relationship management and account handling
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and business development
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus
