Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive, high-quality clinical care to oncology patients within the healthcare facility.
Conduct detailed medical evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and cancer staging for patients.
Develop, implement, and continuously optimize individualized cancer treatment plans.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, surgeons, radiologists, and nursing staff to ensure integrated patient care.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols based on clinical response and medical advancements.
Stay updated with the latest developments in oncology, cancer therapies, and evidence-based treatment approaches.
Participate in clinical discussions, case reviews, and medical conferences to enhance treatment quality.
Engage in continuous medical education and training to strengthen clinical expertise and knowledge.
Ensure adherence to medical ethics, hospital protocols, and patient safety standards.
Contribute to improving overall patient care quality and clinical outcomes within the oncology department.
