We're looking for an Oncology Clinical Researcher to bring real-world clinical trial knowledge into cutting-edge AI development. You'll work alongside leading AI research teams to ensure that oncology data, reasoning, and outputs meet the highest scientific, regulatory, and clinical standards.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for experienced oncology professionals. No AI background required — just deep command of cancer clinical research and a sharp eye for scientific rigor.

What You'll Do
- Review and evaluate AI-generated oncology content for clinical accuracy, regulatory alignment, and scientific validity
- Apply your expertise in trial design — protocols, patient enrollment, endpoints, and compliance — to assess and improve AI outputs
- Analyze cancer trial data representations, including safety profiles, efficacy results, and biomarker findings, to verify how well AI captures real-world complexity
- Evaluate AI-generated regulatory and scientific content against FDA/EMA submission standards
- Provide structured, expert feedback that directly shapes how AI models understand and reason about oncology
- Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Experienced in designing and managing oncology clinical trials — from protocol development through data readout
- Strong background in analyzing oncology clinical data, including endpoints, safety profiles, and biomarkers
- Familiar with regulatory submission standards for agencies such as the FDA or EMA
- Detail-oriented and methodical — you catch what others miss
- Comfortable translating complex clinical knowledge into clear, structured evaluations
- No prior AI or tech experience required
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation workflows
- Background in oncology subspecialties such as immuno-oncology, precision medicine, or rare cancers
- Experience contributing to publications, IND/NDA submissions, or clinical study reports
- Familiarity with AI tools or clinical decision support systems as an end user
