Join our newly established Onboarding & Delivery Team within TAD (Talent Acquisition & Development), dedicated to delivering exceptional onboarding for new joiners, employees transitioning to new roles, and first-time managers. Our mission is to build a high-performing team where every individual feels valued and supported as they integrate into their role.

As an Onboarding Success Partner at Nokia, you'll be part of a dynamic global team, ensuring new joiners have a seamless, tailored onboarding journey that meets the diverse needs of our international workforce. You'll work closely with hiring managers, recruiters, candidates, and stakeholders, helping optimize onboarding processes to support Nokia's evolving needs.

We foster an environment of open communication, collaboration, and teamwork, empowering team members through feedback, professional development, and shared accountability. In this role, you'll contribute to a smooth, impactful onboarding experience worldwide, driving performance and productivity.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

  • Deliver a positive, engaging onboarding experience that prepares new joiners for success.
  • Serve as the main contact for new joiners and managers, providing support throughout the onboarding journey.
  • Track onboarding progress, conduct follow-ups, and ensure smooth integration.
  • Coordinate workstations, badges, permissions, paperwork, and system setups, resolving queries efficiently.
  • Lead orientation sessions and introductory training on company culture, policies, and roles.
  • Gather feedback from new joiners and managers to continuously improve the onboarding experience.

Key Skills And Experience

  • MBA with at least 9 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability in complex situations and a positive, flexible mindset.
  • A service-oriented approach focused on delivering great experience.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and ways of working.
  • A collaborative, proactive attitude to support the team.
  • Basic understanding of AI concepts, ability to interpret data and analytics.

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Experience in onboarding, especially global or large-scale programs.
  • Familiarity with systems and tools, including AI apps, Power Automate, and Power BI dashboards.
