As we continue to expand globally, we are looking for an experienced MSP Onboarding & HR Specialist to support our U.S. staffing operations by managing consultant onboarding, MSP processes, compliance, BGV coordination, and payroll support for placed candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding for consultants placed through MSP programs and direct client staffing engagements
- Handle MSP onboarding processes, including VMS/MSP portals, client documentation, onboarding compliance, and consultant readiness
- Directly communicate and coordinate with BGV (Background Verification) companies for consultant screenings, documentation, status tracking, completion, issue resolution, and escalation management
- Serve as the primary point of contact with BGV partners, ensuring timely follow-up and seamless coordination between consultants, MSPs, vendors, and verification companies
- Conduct regular BGV follow-ups with consultants, vendors, MSPs, and verification partners to prevent onboarding delays
- Coordinate with U.S. payroll and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll setup for consultants
- Ensure compliance with client/MSP requirements, federal/state labor laws, immigration documentation, and onboarding policies
- Collect, verify, and maintain consultant documentation including offer letters, I-9/work authorization, client forms, and onboarding packets
- Serve as the key liaison between recruiters, consultants, MSPs, vendors, payroll, BGV companies, and client stakeholders
- Track consultant start dates, onboarding milestones, and maintain accurate onboarding trackers and status reports
- Support audits and maintain complete documentation for consultant onboarding and compliance
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in U.S. staffing, preferably with MSP/VMS onboarding
- Strong experience handling MSP/client onboarding for placed consultants (not internal HR hiring)
- Proven expertise directly working with and coordinating BGV companies for consultant background verification processes and follow-ups
- Solid understanding of consultant onboarding, payroll coordination, compliance, and documentation
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven staffing environment
- Knowledge of U.S. labor laws, immigration/work authorization, and client onboarding requirements is highly preferred
