Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to create a seamless and engaging onboarding experience for all new joiners. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding journey, ensuring new employees are well-equipped, informed, and integrated into the organization from Day 0.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for all new hires.
  • Conduct onboarding and induction sessions, ensuring employees understand company culture, policies, processes, and values.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers, IT, Admin, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure onboarding readiness.
  • Manage pre-joining communication, documentation, and employee queries.
  • Create and continuously improve onboarding materials, presentations, and employee resources.
  • Ensure timely completion of joining formalities, compliance documentation, and HR records.
  • Track onboarding metrics, feedback, and employee experience to drive process improvements.
  • Facilitate new hire check-ins during the first 30, 60, and 90 days.
  • Partner with business leaders to ensure smooth assimilation of new employees into their teams.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives for new joiners during their initial months.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Experience, or Onboarding.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to conduct engaging onboarding sessions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace/MS Office and HRMS tools.
