About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to create a seamless and engaging onboarding experience for all new joiners. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding journey, ensuring new employees are well-equipped, informed, and integrated into the organization from Day 0.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for all new hires.
- Conduct onboarding and induction sessions, ensuring employees understand company culture, policies, processes, and values.
- Coordinate with hiring managers, IT, Admin, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure onboarding readiness.
- Manage pre-joining communication, documentation, and employee queries.
- Create and continuously improve onboarding materials, presentations, and employee resources.
- Ensure timely completion of joining formalities, compliance documentation, and HR records.
- Track onboarding metrics, feedback, and employee experience to drive process improvements.
- Facilitate new hire check-ins during the first 30, 60, and 90 days.
- Partner with business leaders to ensure smooth assimilation of new employees into their teams.
- Support employee engagement initiatives for new joiners during their initial months.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Experience, or Onboarding.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to conduct engaging onboarding sessions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace/MS Office and HRMS tools.
