US Onboarding Executive – Night Shift

Company: Infojini Inc.

Location: Thane

Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:30 AM (US Shift)

Job Description (JD)

Role Overview:

Looking for candidates with experience in US Staffing onboarding processes. The role involves coordinating with candidates, clients, and internal teams to complete onboarding formalities for US-based employees/consultants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end onboarding for US hires/consultants
  • Collect and verify onboarding documents
  • Coordinate background verification and drug screening
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding paperwork
  • Ensure compliance with US staffing/client requirements
  • Follow up with candidates regarding pending documents
  • Maintain onboarding trackers and reports
  • Coordinate with recruiters, HR, and payroll teams

Required Skills

  • Experience in US Staffing / US Recruitment onboarding
  • Good verbal and written English communication
  • Knowledge of US work authorization documents
  • Familiarity with onboarding portals/tools
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable working in night shifts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 1–3 years experience in US onboarding/process coordination
  • Immediate joiners preferred
