About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Onboarding Executive to join our Healthcare & Insurance team. This role involves managing customer communication on policy outcomes, guiding clients through the insurance journey, ensuring compliance, and strengthening customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience within the healthcare or insurance industry and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Outreach & Communication

  • Contact applicants to explain policy decisions (accepted, declined, waiting periods).
  • Communicate policy features, premiums, terms, and conditions clearly.

Sales & Relationship Management

  • Build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.

Policy Guidance & Follow-up

  • Follow up on approvals, pending documents, and requirements.
  • Explain waiting period clauses and guide customers on next steps.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate customer and policy records.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Collaboration & Teamwork

  • Coordinate with underwriting, customer support, and claims teams.
  • Share feedback to enhance processes, products, and services.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 24 years in sales within Healthcare/Insurance industry.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada; Tamil/Telugu is an added advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with CRM software preferred.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Other Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment; willingness to work 6 days a week.
