OnBase Developer

Responsibilities:

1. Application Development:

• Analyze system specifications and develop OnBase applications to support information system processes.
• Design, code, test, debug, document, and maintain programs based on detailed specifications.
• Modify and enhance existing systems by conducting research and defining scope and objectives.

1. System Administration:

• Perform OnBase system administration for installation builds, maintenance, and application enhancements.

1. Document Management & Workflow:

• Handle OnBase Document Retrieval, Workflow Modification, Document Management, and Document Archival System.
• Utilize tools like ShareBase Search for effective document management.

1. Accelerators:

• Work with Guidewire Accelerators and OnBase Accelerators to streamline processes.

1. Web Services:

• Develop and maintain Web Services for system integration and functionality expansion.

1. Team Leadership:

• Manage and provide technical guidance to team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as an OnBase Developer.
• Total work experience of at least 5 years.

1. Technical Knowledge:

• Proficiency in OnBase workflows, document management, and archival systems.
• Hands-on experience with ShareBase Search.
• Knowledge of application development, quality assurance, and integration methodologies.

1. System Administration:

• Strong experience in OnBase system installation, maintenance, and enhancement.

1. Web Services:

• Background in developing and managing Web Services.

1. Certifications:

• OnBase certification is a plus.
