Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an On-Site Supervisor based in the Pune District. The On-Site Supervisor will oversee daily on-site activities, ensure work aligns with project timelines and quality standards, and manage communication between teams to resolve any on-site challenges. The role includes supervising construction teams, inspecting work progress, coordinating with designers, and ensuring adherence to safety and design specifications. Effective resource management and timely issue resolution are critical aspects of this position.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to manage on-site teams effectively
• Proficiency in construction project management and quality assurance practices
• Good understanding of design specifications, construction materials, and tools
• Problem-solving skills to address on-site issues and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and time management skills for handling project deadlines
• Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations and adherence to compliance standards
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors
• Prior experience of 2-3 years in interior design or construction supervision is a must
• Bachelors / Diploma in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
