Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an On Site Supervisor, located in Khopoli. The On Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations at project locations, ensuring work is carried out to specified standards, timelines, and within budget. Key responsibilities include supervising team members, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, monitoring project progress, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and maintaining detailed project documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, including scheduling, task delegation, and problem-solving.
• Experience in construction site supervision and understanding of civil works, renovation, and flooring services.
• Ability to ensure compliance with safety guidelines and industry standards.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage on-site teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in documentation and basic computer literacy for maintaining project records.
• Knowledge of materials, tools, and equipment relevant to construction and renovation projects.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Civil Engineering or related field is a plus.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role in the construction or civil services industry is preferred
