We Are Hiring: On-Site Sales Engineer

We are looking for dynamic, result-oriented, and customer-focused professionals to join our growing team as On-Site Sales Engineers across multiple locations in India.

Position: On-Site Sales Engineer

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 2 to 6 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory

• Visit customers and client sites to understand technical and commercial requirements

• Promote and sell passive and active electronic components to OEMs, EMS companies, and industrial customers

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

• Provide product presentations, technical support, and solution-based sales assistance

• Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams for smooth execution of customer requirements

• Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close sales opportunities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements

• Ensure timely customer support and maintain high customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer handling within the passive and active electronic components industry

• Strong technical understanding of electronic components and industrial products

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach

• Ability to work independently and manage on-site activities efficiently

• Willingness to travel within the assigned region
