Role Overview
As an On-Ground Operations Executive, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end field activities related to RTO services. This role requires regular interaction with customers, RTO officials, and internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
RTO Operations
- Handle Driving License (DL) applications, renewals, address changes, duplicate licenses, and other RTO-related services.
- Coordinate with RTO officials for document submission, verification, processing, and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely completion of customer applications and processes.
Customer Assistance
- Guide and support customers during driving license tests and RTO procedures.
- Provide updates to customers regarding application status and next steps.
- Resolve customer concerns related to RTO services.
Documentation & Compliance
- Collect, verify, and manage customer documents.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of applications.
- Maintain proper records and status updates of all applications handled.
Field Operations
- Act as the primary point of contact for all field-level operational activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle day-to-day operational challenges and provide timely resolutions.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Kannada (Mandatory).
- Willingness to travel extensively and work on-field.
- Basic understanding of documentation and compliance processes.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Any graduate or relevant educational qualification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in RTO-related services or field operations.
- Familiarity with Bengaluru RTO processes and procedures.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive documents responsibly and confidentially.
