On Center/PlanSwift Estimator

We are a fast growing, entrepreneurial company that specializes in Building and Civil work takeoff (Quantity Surveyor) and engineering services, example: Quantity Takeoff for Concrete, Brickwork, Woodwork, Door & Window, Finishes-flooring, drywall, painting, Fire Stopping and Fire Proofing, other items / specialty items as per project scope, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical work. Looking for a Project quantity surveyor / takeoff. All our project are USA based.

Responsibilities

Doing quantity Survey / Takeoffusing onscreen takeoff software like OnCenter, PlanSwift and other similar software.

Consults with our client as necessary for TAKEOFF on certain bids as required

Generates detailed TAKEOFF / Quantity Survey reports including all applicable exclusions and qualifications.

Attends scope review meetings with Chief estimator and/or other team members.

Performs internal kick-off meeting with operations team upon successful awards

Generates queries / RFIs as required during bidding

Education

BE Degree or Architects

Qualifications

Fresher for Trainee position

2 to 5 years of experience in OnScreen Takeoff

Onscreen takeoff or other estimating software experience

Skills must have:

Excellent English communication skills verbal and written

Knowledge of blueprint reading

Solves problems effectively
