On Boarding anlyst

Onboarding Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the full onboarding process for new healthcare employees.
• Ensure completion of required documentation (I-9, W-4, compliance forms, policies).
• Schedule orientation sessions and training programs.
• Verify licenses, certifications, and credentialing requirements.
• Conduct background checks and reference verifications.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during onboarding.
• Demonstrated experience with immunization schedules, vaccine cold chain, IIS/EHR systems, and medical record documentation.
• Experience with onboarding, staff training, or process improvement is desirable.

Healthcare & Records Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update employee health records and credential files.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations.
• Monitor license expiration dates and certification renewals.
• Manage electronic and paper filing systems securely.
• Assist with audits and regulatory inspections.
• Ensure confidentiality and data security standards are met.
