OMS & WMS Operations Executive

Manage end-to-end OMS/WMS operations and support implementation of platforms like Unicommerce and Vinculum to ensure smooth order fulfillment across channels.
Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end OMS/WMS operations — order processing, allocation, and shipment tracking.
  
• Support implementation and configuration of OMS/WMS platforms (Unicommerce, Vinculum, or similar).
  
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and courier partners for smooth fulfillment.
  
• Monitor inventory sync and resolve stock discrepancies across channels.
  
• Troubleshoot OMS/WMS issues like order failures and sync errors.
  
• Generate reports on fulfillment, RTO, NDR, and inventory accuracy.
  
• Coordinate with IT/tech teams on upgrades and bug fixes.
  
  

Requirements

• 1–3 years managing OMS/WMS platforms (Unicommerce, Vinculum, or similar).
  
• Understanding of e-commerce/D2C order fulfillment workflows.
  
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
