Minimum 10 years of OMS experience and experience in building enterprise level Springboot Java Microservices middlewares for integrations.
Should have worked in any of the enterprise grade OMS package solutions like BY, Fluent, Kibo, Manhattan etc.
Should have showcased Architectural excellence in problem solving, functional fitments, performance tuning.
Knowledge of design patterns employed, quantification of decisions with pros/cons etc. hold a key factor to the proficiency of knowledge and subject matter expertize.
Should have done at least one design and implementation of the overall OMS architecture for a from scratch project.
Should have good knowledge on all the key OMS capabilities and workflows including STH, SFS, BOPIS, BORIS, 3PL, Drop Ship.
Should have good understanding of the inventory workflows and integrations in OMS to derive real time availability metrices and publishing of the same to channels like ecommerce, social commerce, pos channels etc.
Expertise in at least one of the Cloud Services (AWS/Azure/GCP) - AWS will have more weightage.
Should have good knowledge on general cloud services like API Gateways, Serverless Functions, Message Broker services like Event Bus/Event Bridge/Kafka/Kinesis etc.
Experience in microservices frameworks and development, Java Springboot being the preferred one.
Good knowledge of API concepts, technologies such as REST, JSON, GraphQL and Swagger.
Knowledge of integrations via API's and third-party systems (specifically Payment gateway, Fraud check).
Strong knowledge of latest web technologies, CI/CD concepts etc.
Good knowledge of in memory / distributed caching mechanisms like Spring/EhCache or Redis.
Good Retail domain knowledge
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and JIRA.
Preferred Qualifications
Good knowledge of working in cloud native environments.
Added advantage if having experience in integration layers like Kafka, Kinesis, payload transformations, adhering to NFRs using the message broker etc.
