Astellas Global Capability Centers Overview
Astellas Global Capability centers (GCCs) are strategically located sites that give Astellas the ability to access talent across various functions in the value chain and to co-locate core capabilities that are currently dispersed. Our three GCCs are in India, Poland and Mexico.

Purpose And Scope
The Omnichannel Reporting and Operations Partner is an important role between content technology platforms and stakeholders who create content that deliver customer experience. This role is responsible for managing reporting/insights, processes, and capability frameworks required to measure a true multi-channel customer-centric experience. This role will be the owner of key Omnichannel reporting assets leading requirement gathering, KPI generation and adoption management. The Senior Manager will work in close collaboration with multiple stakeholders across functions and have global scope and scale of responsibilities.
Responsibilities And Accountabilities
- Responsible for Omnichannel Reporting that measures customer experience data that enhances the omnichannel operation and marketing plans.
- Responsible for the ongoing development and evolution of a data-driven marketing model and approach to developing customer experiences
- Responsible for the effective implementation and embedding/adoption of the data-driven marketing approach across commercial divisions through partnership with OC Excellence team.
- Responsible for ensuring the business needs are understood and accounted for in process and operation design to deliver robust content and experience reporting.
- Responsible for ensuring Reporting and opportunities for analytics are brought to life and readily available by working with DX and platform partners.
- A key member and contributor to the ongoing capability build across the commercial footprint to utilize and embed reporting & analytics in daily work and content development.
- Responsible for ensuring organizational awareness and understanding of content processes that drive data-driven marketing and the ability to deliver analytics by liaising closely with Strategic Brand Marketing Partnering head and CD Engagement Leads to drive optimal content process efficiency.
- Responsible for establishing new and simplified processes in collaboration with Legal, E&C and RA and for the efficient measurement of content effectiveness.
- Key Member of the Reporting team expected to champion overall organizational ambitions, provide critical thought and feedback as contribution to all departmental discussions.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related IT Degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience within pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and/or multinational corporation with global operations and local footprint
- Experienced in a Pharmaceutical, Life Science or Medical Device environment, with a solid understanding of the commercial pharmaceutical operations model, data and systems
- Significant data and analytics experience including content effectiveness measurements and other analytics and insights
- Strong business knowledge and mindset to recognize and interpret business issues and opportunities, and recommend solutions based on analysis
- Communication and presentation skills including the ability to influence
- Experience managing or working on complex project-based initiatives
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and experience working across complex negotiation and other process-related delivery models
- Excellent organizational, planning and project management skills with a strong attention to detail and ability to effectively manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.
- Excellent knowledge of CRM principles and tools such as Adobe Analytics, Claravine tagging, Domo, Veeva systems, Marketo, etc.
- Strong Experience with BI tools such as Qlik, PowerBI, Tableau, Databricks
- Provides thought leadership and strategic thinking to advance reporting and analytical landscape at Astellas in partnership with business leads in the Omnichannel space
- Strong Skills in Reporting requirements and KPI design leading to delivered reporting assets
- Proven decision-making and strategic thinking skills leading to successful outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to present complex issues to higher level management and contribute to high level presentations and discussions
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective collaborative relationships with team members, management and internal/external partners

Preferred Qualifications
- Deep understanding of the secondary data sources commonly used in the pharmaceutical industry (i.e. script level, patient longitudinal, promotional, chart audits, etc.) including the caveats and appropriate uses of each source
- Deep knowledge of and proven experience in CRM technologies, including Marketing Automation tools, Campaign Management, Decision Engines, CRM tools (preferably Veeva and SFDC) and related operational and analytical expertise
- Operational expert with six sigma or other operational efficiency training, able to dive into the details and ensure proper considerations and frameworks built to ensure repeated process success
- Thought leader and/or knowledgeable of ongoing digital innovations, content technology platforms, and other workflow related programs
- Advanced degree, with experience in healthcare and/or pharmaceutical marketing
- Multiple experiences across geographies within cross-continent organization (e.g., Americas, Europe and Japan)
