Requirements & Qualifications

10+ years of hands-on experience in designing Omnichannel communication platforms, with specific expertise in Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, and related technologies.
Proficiency in troubleshooting networking and telephony issues using Wireshark or similar tools.
Experience with queuing mechanisms (e.g., RabbitMQ), TTS/ASR engines (e.g., Azure, Amazon Polly, Google), WebRTC, CRM integrations, and cloud deployment (e.g., Azure, AWS).
Strong database management skills (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis, PostgreSQL) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PHP, Perl, Java).
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Certification in VoIP technologies (e.g., Asterisk Certified Engineer, FreeSWITCH Certified Specialist).
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
Contributions to open-source Voice projects or a strong GitHub profile showcasing relevant projects.
