Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Omni Sports Advisor, based in Amritsar. In this role, you will engage directly with sports enthusiasts, helping them choose the right equipment and gear while providing expert advice and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Key responsibilities include showcasing product knowledge, assisting with in-store operations, and promoting a passion for sports among customers. You'll also contribute to the store's commercial performance by implementing merchandising strategies and building strong customer connections.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Physical Education and Sports Training
- Strong written and verbal Communication skills
- Passion for sports and customer service
- Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Previous retail or sports-related experience is an advantage.
