Omni Sports Advisor

Role Summary

At Decathlon SGS Mall, we're looking for passionate individuals to join us as Omni Sports Advisors / Workshop Technicians.

This role is a key driver of our purpose to Move people through the wonders of sports. You'll be responsible for creating seamless customer experiences across in-store and digital touchpoints, driving sales, and promoting sustainable solutions. Success in this role means being a sport ambassador, a problem solver, and a trusted teammate.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers to understand their sport needs and offer the right solutions
• Drive both physical and digital sales through layout, product expertise, and omnichannel tools
• Ensure the store layout is safe, appealing, and easy for customers to navigate and explore
• Offer value-added services like personalisation, repairs, second-life, and buyback
• Maintain stock accuracy and availability to ensure a complete sport range is accessible
• Be part of sport events, local communities, and sustainability initiatives
• Contribute to team success by sharing feedback, learning, and best practices

• Flexible to work across shifts and weekends (retail hours)
