Job Description

Job Title: Omni Sport Advisor
Job Purpose

To provide excellent customer service across both in-store and online channels, promote sports and assist customers in finding the right products, while maintaining the store's layout and stock availability.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and engage customers, understand their sports needs and recommend suitable products.

Support customers across all channels including in-store, website, and app.

Ensure product availability, maintain accurate stock records, and help with restocking.

Maintain a clean, safe, and attractive store layout that encourages product testing.

Promote services such as home delivery, click & collect, repairs, and buyback (where applicable).

Suggest complementary products to enhance the customer's sports experience.

Contribute to building and engaging a local sports community through events and communication.

Skills and Requirements

Strong passion for sports and active participation in at least one sport.

Good communication skills and customer-focused approach.

Ability to use digital tools and adapt to omnichannel retail systems.

Team player with willingness to learn and improve.

Flexible with working hours, including weekends and peak business days.
