Omni Sport Advisor (Hiking/Trekking)

This is a full-time, on-site role located in West Delhi for an Omni Sport Advisor (Hiking/Trekking) at Decathlon. The role involves providing expert advice to customers seeking hiking and trekking equipment, ensuring an excellent shopping experience. Responsibilities include maintaining product displays, assisting customers with technical knowledge about products, organizing in-store hiking and trekking workshops, and promoting awareness about outdoor activities. You will also contribute to the store's commercial performance by achieving sales objectives while fostering a dynamic team spirit.

• Strong foundation in Physical Education and knowledge of Sports Training
• Skills in Sports Coaching and Coaching individuals or groups
• Effective verbal and written Communication abilities
• A passion for hiking, trekking, and outdoor activities
• Customer service-oriented with a team-player mindset
• Proactive and energetic approach to problem-solving with attention to detail
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Previous experience in retail, coaching, or outdoor adventure is a plus
