This is a full-time, on-site Omni Sport Advisor role located in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs and guiding them to the right sports products and solutions. Key responsibilities include providing expert advice on sports gear, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining an organized and engaging retail environment, and participating in events designed to promote sports in the community. You will collaborate with teammates to share knowledge, develop the store's offer, and engage customers in living an active and healthy lifestyle.

• Experience in Physical Education and a relevant passion for sports.
• Proficiency in Coaching, Sports Coaching, and Sports Training roles with the ability to mentor and inspire others.
• Strong Communication skills, including interpersonal and customer service abilities, to effectively interact with a diverse clientele and teammates.
• A positive and proactive team player with a love for learning and a customer-first approach.
• Flexibility in work hours, including weekends and holidays, as per retail and sports activities requirements.
