OMNI Engineer - QA

As a Mobile QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality mobile applications across Android and iOS platforms. The role involves a mix of manual and automation testing, backend validation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless user experience across multiple OS versions and devices.

What will you do

• Execute functional, regression, and compatibility testing on Android and iOS devices.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Appium (preferred).
• Validate data and perform backend testing using SQL queries.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to analyze requirements and resolve defects.
• Contribute to test planning, documentation, and continuous process improvements.
• Ensure mobile apps work seamlessly across different OS versions and device models.

What skills required

• Strong experience in mobile application testing across Android and iOS platforms.
• Working knowledge of mobile automation tools, preferably Appium.
• Proficiency in Java for writing and maintaining automation scripts.
• Good understanding of SQL for backend data validation.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Postman, and test management tools like JIRA and TestRail.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a strong quality mindset.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and CI/CD environments like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
