Role DescriptionThe Operations Manager (OM) for the Kerala region will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day operational activities, ensuring the seamless execution of company strategies in the assigned territory. This includes leading and coordinating field teams, monitoring performance metrics, ensuring compliance with company policies, managing budgets, and fostering positive client relationships. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kerala that requires frequent interactions with stakeholders and direct accountability for operational success in the region.
