Role Description

The Operations Manager (OM) for the Kerala region will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day operational activities, ensuring the seamless execution of company strategies in the assigned territory. This includes leading and coordinating field teams, monitoring performance metrics, ensuring compliance with company policies, managing budgets, and fostering positive client relationships. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kerala that requires frequent interactions with stakeholders and direct accountability for operational success in the region.

Qualifications
  • Operations Management and Leadership skills to effectively oversee field teams and ensure smooth execution of business activities.
  • Data Analysis, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making skills for interpreting performance metrics and implementing process improvements.
  • Strong Communication, Team Building, and Stakeholder Management skills for maintaining effective relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with operational planning tools and software.
  • Experience in the FMCG or retail industry is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage.
  • Ability to handle on-ground challenges and a proactive approach to solving operational bottlenecks.
  • Willingness to travel locally within Kerala as required to manage teams and projects effectively.
