We are looking for a passionate and experienced Olympiad Teacher to train students from Grades 1 to 7. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background and prior experience in preparing students for Olympiad-level examinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and interactive Olympiad classes for Grades 1–7
- Prepare students for various national and international Olympiad exams
- Develop lesson plans, practice worksheets, and mock tests aligned with Olympiad standards
- Identify individual student strengths and areas of improvement, and provide personalized guidance
- Track student progress and share regular feedback with parents and the academic team
- Foster logical reasoning, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills in students
- Stay updated with Olympiad patterns, syllabus changes, and best teaching practices
Requirements
- Prior experience in teaching Olympiad students (Math/Science/Reasoning preferred)
- Strong subject knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for younger students
- Passion for teaching and working with children
