Job Title: OLT Software Developer

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced OLT Software Developer to design, develop, and integrate
software solutions for Optical Line Terminals (OLT). The ideal candidate will have strong
expertise in switch SDKs (Broadcom or equivalent) and proven experience in embedded
software development with hardware integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain OLT software modules for telecom and networking applications.
- Work with switch SDKs (Broadcom or other) to implement and optimize features.
- Integrate embedded software with hardware platforms, ensuring seamless
performance.
- Collaborate with hardware and system engineering teams to define requirements and
deliver solutions.
- Conduct debugging, performance tuning, and validation of OLT software.
- Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and test plans.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and security requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
- Strong programming skills in C/C++ and embedded systems development.
- Hands-on experience with switch SDKs (Broadcom or other).
- Solid understanding of networking protocols (Ethernet, GPON, XGS-PON, etc.).
- Experience in hardware-software integration and low-level driver development.
- Familiarity with Linux kernel, device drivers, and real-time operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with telecom systems, OLT/ONT platforms, or similar networking
equipment.
- Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple prioritie
